School music programs are disappearing at an alarming rate.
This fact has not escaped Chris Davis, founder of “The Realm of Caring”. Although he has a “real job” running a massive Insurance agency in Vail, Colorado and protecting the residents there, he also wanted to ensure that his little girl receives a decent music education. School systems around the country incurred massive budget cuts forcing them to ax the majority of music and art classes due to the “Leave No Child Behind Act”. Davis believes it is on his shoulders to make a difference and that’s why he conceived the aptly named, The Realm of Caring, Inc., a non-profit organization intended to facilitate just that.
“Music Has the Right to Children,” is are mission statement.
